- Inform the staff! – let the medical team know in advance about your tendency to faint.
- Don’t watch the procedure! – avoid looking at the process, distract yourself by listening to calming music.
- Lie down! – if you feel dizzy, lie on your back with legs elevated to improve blood flow.
- Loosen tight clothing! – make sure your clothes aren’t restricting circulation.
- Drink water! – helps regulate blood pressure.
- Eat something sweet afterward! – fruit, juice, or sweets can help restore blood glucose.
- Keep calm! – you’re in a medical facility, cared for by trained professionals.
These tests are available only at the EcoSense branch located at 7/3 Hr. Kochar Street, Yerevan, and only on weekdays before 1:00 PM.
“EcoSense” offers several convenient ways to receive your results:
- SMS notification – if you provided a phone number at registration.
- Email – if you provided an email address, results will be sent automatically.
- Via WhatsApp – call our Call Center (8676 or 044 500 400), get your barcode, and our staff will send the results via WhatsApp.
- In-person – visit any branch with your receipt or ID to get a printed copy.
